Welcome to RAVAYALight. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.ravayalight.com (the “Site”), including any purchases made through the Site.

By accessing or using this Site, or by purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Throughout these Terms, “RAVAYALight,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RAVAYALight.

1. Use of the Site

You may use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

• To interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, customer accounts, or related systems
• To misuse the Site, copy its content without permission, or engage in fraud or abuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

2. Products and Orders

All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.

We also reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order in our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent, unauthorized, placed for resale, or submitted with inaccurate pricing or payment information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the cancelled portion of the order.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, you represent that:

• The payment information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorized to use the payment method submitted
• You agree to pay all charges incurred, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, and optional shipping protection selected at checkout

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, or administrative errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe stated on the Site or at checkout. Any shipping or delivery dates provided are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, product availability, payment verification, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

5. Returns and 60-Day No-Risk Trial

Your purchase of the RAVAYALight Advanced Spectrum Mask is subject to our posted Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We currently offer a 60-Day No-Risk Trial on eligible purchases made directly through our Site. Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery and are subject to the terms and eligibility requirements in our Return Policy.

Refunds apply only to the purchase price of the product. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, and shipping protection are non-refundable.

6. Limited Warranty and Registration

Your purchase may also be covered by our posted 2-Year Limited Warranty, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To activate streamlined warranty support, customers should register their device within 60 days of delivery by scanning the QR code included with the product or by visiting:

If a customer does not complete registration within 60 days, warranty service may still be available with valid proof of purchase, subject to the terms of our Limited Warranty.

After the 60-day return period, defective products are eligible for repair or replacement only, as described in our Limited Warranty, and are not eligible for refund.

7. Product Use; No Medical Advice

Our products are intended for personal use only and must be used in accordance with all instructions, warnings, and safety information provided with the product and on the Site.

The content on this Site is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any wellness, skincare, or light therapy product, especially if you have a medical condition, are taking medication, have light sensitivity, or are pregnant.

Results may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee that any user will achieve any specific outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAVAYALight disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAVAYALight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your purchase of any product, or your inability to use the Site or product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site, these Terms, or any product purchased through the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RAVAYALight and its officers, owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
